Money 4 Meals

Money 4 Meals puts people in need at the tables of our local restaurants and money in their registers. It began as our restaurants were coming back from the pandemic, and it remains a simple way for neighbors to care for neighbors.

Want to Donate to Help Someone in Need?

1. Donate at your favorite participating business, or more than one!
2. Grab something for yourself. (Not required, but appreciated!)
3. Take some cards to spread the word.
4. Feel really good about helping your community!

In Need of a Meal?

1. Go to one of our participating local restaurants.
2. When you order, let them know you would like to purchase a Money 4 Meals meal.
3. Enjoy your meal!

There are no forms to fill out and no questions to answer. The meal has already been paid for by someone in our community who wanted to share.

Participation can change, so please ask at the counter or contact the church through our contact page for the current list.

Why Money 4 Meals Matters

Hunger in a small town is often hidden. A senior on a fixed income, a family between paychecks or a neighbor recovering from an illness may not have room in the budget for a meal out. Money 4 Meals offers more than food: it offers the dignity of ordering from a menu and sitting down at a table like anyone else. At the same time, every donated meal supports the local businesses that make Laingsburg a great place to live. If you own or manage a local restaurant and would like to take part, we would love to talk with you.

Money 4 Meals is one of the ways our congregation lives out its commitment to service. If you need groceries, the Laingsburg Area Food Bank is hosted in our building every Monday and Thursday.
